If you messaged a business on WhatsApp
If you messaged a business that uses our WhatsApp contact-centre platform, that business holds your information. Ask it to delete your data: it can export or erase your information from its environment.
If you can’t reach the business, email info@mzansico.ai with the business’s name and your WhatsApp number. We will pass your request on and let you know when it has been dealt with.
If your business uses our platform
To have your environment and its data deleted, contact your account manager or info@mzansico.ai.
If you contacted us through this website
Email info@mzansico.ai and we will delete the details you gave us, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Facebook data
We do not use Facebook Login and keep no Facebook profile data.
