How we work

From problem to production, in five steps

AI speeds up how we build. It doesn’t replace the thinking, the review or the responsibility for keeping your system running.

Our process

  1. Discover

We start with your people and your process: what the work looks like today, which systems are involved, where time is lost and what a good result would be. We also look at what data you have and where it lives.

  2. Spec

Before any code, we write down the requirements, the design decisions and the acceptance criteria — what “done” means. You review and agree it, so there are no surprises about what will be delivered.

  3. Build in slices

We build in small, working slices so you can see and use progress early. AI speeds up the engineering; an experienced engineer reviews every change, and tests and documentation are written alongside the code.

  4. Deploy

Systems are containerised, tested and monitored from the first release. We host them on our infrastructure in South Africa, or deploy them to yours.

  5. Support

After go-live we keep the system running: monitoring, fixes and improvements as your business changes.

Privacy & POPIA

Built for POPIA from the first version

Many of our clients handle sensitive personal and financial information. Privacy controls are part of the design, not something added before launch.

Read how this website handles your information

  • We can run AI models on our own servers, so your data can stay in South Africa.
  • Consent is captured and recorded wherever we contact your clients.
  • Secrets such as passwords and API keys are encrypted at rest.
  • Important actions are written to an audit trail.
  • AI recommends and annotates; your people make the decisions.
  • Predictions come with reasons a manager can check.

What we build with

Proven, widely supported technology — so your system isn’t tied to one supplier.

  • Java / Spring Boot
  • Python / FastAPI
  • React / Vue
  • PostgreSQL / MariaDB
  • Docker
