What we collect
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, email or call us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name and the content of your message.
When you visit the website
Like all web servers, ours keeps technical logs of requests: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We use these only to keep the website secure and working.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and our fonts are served from our own server, so visiting it does not send your information to third parties.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a quote.
- To provide and support services for existing clients.
- To protect the website against abuse and keep it running.
We rely on your consent (which you give when you submit the contact form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing our systems. We will not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is processed on servers in South Africa that we manage. We only share it with others where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or provide our services, or as long as the law requires. Technical logs are rotated and deleted automatically.
How we protect it
The website is served over encrypted HTTPS, access to our systems is restricted to authorised staff, and we apply the same security practices we build for our clients.
Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal information about you, and for a copy of it;
- ask us to correct or delete your personal information;
- object to us processing your personal information, or withdraw your consent;
- complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
